ZeroLapse is an HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance tracker used by teams internationally. It tracks employee certifications, equipment and asset certificates, PPE issues, and legal safety appointments in one dashboard — fully configurable to your own regulatory framework (OHS Act, OSHA, or otherwise) — with automatic email reminders before anything expires.
Pricing is a flat fee per site, per month — not per seat: Starter is R240/site/month for up to 20 employees, Medium is R420/site/month for up to 50, Large Business is R750/site/month for up to 100, and Enterprise is R1200/site/month for unlimited employees. A "site" is a single physical location or branch — a business with multiple sites licenses a plan for each one.

ZeroLapse is built around South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA): each company's data is isolated, access is role-based, every document view and change is logged in a full audit trail, and a POPIA Data Agreement is available to download directly from the app.

No. ZeroLapse ships with default training types and legal appointment categories mapped to South African OHS Act and COIDA requirements, so South African businesses get a working setup out of the box. Every training type, PPE type, job profile and legal appointment type is fully configurable per company, though — teams outside South Africa, including under OSHA in the United States, can set up their own appointment types, certification requirements and legal references to match their own framework, with the same automatic expiry tracking and alerts. US and South African companies can also generate a recordkeeping export straight from closed incidents — an OSHA Form 300/300A/301 pack, or a Section 24 / COIDA WCL1-WCL2 prep pack.
